What is the Liftroller system?

Liftroller is a modular material handling system for construction sites. Cantilevered platforms, roller tables, high-lift pallet jacks and electric goods trolleys form a roller line from outside the building straight onto each floor, so materials roll into place instead of being carried in. It cuts crane time, removes the scaffold loading bay and takes the heavy manual handling off your crew.

Plasterboard and Gyprock, steel beams, SFS, suspended ceiling materials, carpet and flooring, plumbing, HVAC and M&E packs, joinery, glass and curtain wall panels. If it comes on a pallet or in a pack, Liftroller can roll it in. Load limits run up to 1,200kg to 1,500kg depending on the product.

How does Liftroller get materials onto each floor?

The Liftroller Wall or Floor sits in a window or floor opening and forms a landing platform. A crane lands the load onto the platform, the load rolls inside along the roller line, then a wagon, stacker or table moves it to where it is needed. One person can run the load in.

Do I still need a crane?

You use a crane to land materials onto the platform, but for far less time than craning to ground level and carrying everything up. With the Liftroller Floor and the internal products you can also move materials floor to floor without crane access.

Will it damage the building facade?

No. The Liftroller Wall uses a gentle patented lock that holds it in the opening without damaging the facade, so there are no repairs needed after use. That makes it well suited to refurbishment and heritage work.
