What the Liftroller Stacker does
A pallet jack that lifts properly. The forks start at 90 mm so they go under a standard pallet, and they raise on power to 1,300 mm, which is high enough to put a pack onto trestles at working height rather than leaving it on the floor.
The mast is deliberately short. That is what lets it be wheeled through a window opening on the Liftroller Wall, which is the answer when a building has no lift and no other way of getting a machine onto an upper floor.
It also loads big bags. Fill them with strip-out waste and offcuts, lift them onto the Wall, and the same crane truck that delivered the materials takes the waste away on the return trip. That keeps bins off the ground where rigging space is tight.

Where it is used
Buildings with no lift
The low mast means it can come in through the window with the Liftroller Wall, which is often the only way to get a machine upstairs.
Loading waste out
Lift big bags of offcuts onto the Wall for craning off, so waste leaves on the truck that brought the materials in.

Working out whether it pays
The Stacker's case is usually access rather than raw hours: it can get to floors other machines cannot.
Labour hours on material handling
Count the people and the hours currently spent carrying, and what those hours are worth on your rates. This is usually the biggest line by a distance.
Crane and hoist time
Every lift to ground level that then has to be moved again is a lift you paid for twice. Landing on the floor removes the second handling.
The goods lift
If materials are going up in the lift, other trades are waiting for it. Freeing the lift has a programme cost attached that rarely gets counted.
Rigging and ground space
External hoists and scaffold bays need somewhere to stand and something to tie to. On a tight site that space has a real cost, or does not exist at all.
Damage and rework
Carried materials get dropped, scuffed and cornered. Sheets rolling on a level bed do not.
Injury and lost time
Manual handling is one of the largest causes of lost-time injury in Australian construction. Fewer carried loads is fewer chances for a back injury on your job.
