What the Liftroller Trestle does
A trestle that one person carries in one hand and that holds most of a pack of plasterboard. The ratio is the point: 5.8 kg of trestle to 700 kg of capacity.
It is the piece that makes the rest of the system ergonomic. The E Mover, the Wagon and the Stacker all have slots or the lift range to lower a pack onto trestles, which does two things. The crew works at 720 mm rather than off the slab, and the machine is released for the next run instead of standing under a load.
Light enough to move as the work moves, so packs get positioned where the trade actually is.

At 5.8 kg each, one person carries both and places them where the pack is going.

The wagons have recessed slots and the stacker has the lift range to place the pack and withdraw.

Why bother with trestles
The trestles are the cheapest part of the system and they are what makes the rest of it ergonomic.
Labour hours on material handling
Count the people and the hours currently spent carrying, and what those hours are worth on your rates. This is usually the biggest line by a distance.
Crane and hoist time
Every lift to ground level that then has to be moved again is a lift you paid for twice. Landing on the floor removes the second handling.
The goods lift
If materials are going up in the lift, other trades are waiting for it. Freeing the lift has a programme cost attached that rarely gets counted.
Rigging and ground space
External hoists and scaffold bays need somewhere to stand and something to tie to. On a tight site that space has a real cost, or does not exist at all.
Damage and rework
Carried materials get dropped, scuffed and cornered. Sheets rolling on a level bed do not.
