Moving plasterboard and Gyprock without the heavy lifting
Plasterboard is heavy, awkward and comes in big packs. Carrying sheets up stairs or double-handling them off a hoist is where crews wear out and backs get hurt. Liftroller lands whole packs on the floor they are needed and rolls them to the wall line, so one person can place them instead of a team carrying them.
The problem
- Full packs of Gyprock are too heavy to carry up safely, so crews break packs down and make dozens of trips.
- Double handling from a hoist to a trolley to the wall line eats hours and adds pinch and crush risk.
- Lifting sheets off the floor onto trestles by hand is a common cause of back and shoulder strain.
How Liftroller solves it
- The Liftroller Wall sits in a window opening and lands the pack straight onto the floor that needs it, no scaffold loading bay required.
- The E Wagon or Wagon rolls the pack from the wall to the installation point, with one person on the remote or handle.
- The Trestle takes the pack at working height with a smart lock, so nobody holds a trestle open by hand.
